Our guarantee is to complete one design request every 24 hours. However if you opt for another plan with a higher number of active requests, we can handle multiple designs for you with our design team working on them simultaneously.

The time for completing a design request depends on the plan you opt for. Our “Monthly Unlimited Plan” offers 24 hour turnaround time while the “Monthly Unlimited Plan Plus” offer a maximum turnaround of 48 hours.

Once we receive the design for a particular request, you can go through it and if required request revisions until you feel satisfied. All revision will be done within 24 hours unless you request for an entirely different concept.

If your design work involves the graphic design of any scale or any mode, we can do it. If you are looking for video editing, coding, animation, CAD or programming, then we don’t cater to those requests. So, please clarify with our customer care before you subscribe to our plans.
